Brandon Sartin is an Associate in the Medical Malpractice Defense Practice at Weathington, LLC.

Brandon’s practice is dedicated to effectively defending hospitals, healthcare entities, physicians, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice cases. With experience navigating all stages of litigation, Brandon is committed to achieving optimal outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining Weathington, Brandon was an attorney with a full service Southeastern-based law firm. Prior to that, he worked as an Assistant Solicitor General in the Office of the Solicitor-General of Henry County, Georgia, and as an Assistant Director of Compliance with the University of Maryland where he oversaw athletic compliance for several of their programs. Additionally, he was one of three selected for the NCAA’s prestigious post-graduate leadership development program, serving with the NCAA Enforcement Staff during the 2018–19 academic year.

Brandon is a graduate of Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, where he was a four-year letterman on the Football team. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law as George Woodruff Scholar.
