Zach Fuller is an Associate in the Medical Malpractice Defense Practice and Appellate Practice at Weathington, LLC.

Zach joined WEATHINGTON in 2018, and his practice is devoted primarily to medical malpractice defense and appellate advocacy. He represents physicians, mid-level providers, hospitals, and other health care entities in cases at the trial level involving allegations such as medical malpractice, negligent supervision, fraud, and premises liability. Zach is also a member of WEATHINGTON’s Appellate Practice Team and represents clients—healthcare providers or not—throughout the appellate process.

Zach earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and his bachelors degree from Emory University.

He lives in East Lake with his wife and two dogs.
