Charlie focuses on the defense of physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers in cases alleging medical malpractice, wrongful death, negligent supervision, and premises liability.  His experience in providing zealous advocacy on behalf of defendants ranges from handling pre-litigation claims to jury trials to appellate practice.  Additionally, Charlie has experience in handling complex tort defense, including product liability and toxic tort.

Charlie obtained his J.D. from Georgia State College of Law, magna cum laude.  He received BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.  While at Georgia State College of Law, Charlie served on Moot Court and as a graduate research assistant to faculty.  In addition, Charlie was a summer associate for two summers at Weathington.
