Gabriella Klaes recently obtained Summary Judgment in § 1983 action brought against two Correctional Nurses. Plaintiff alleged that he was denied the appropriate treatment for his injuries and mental health. Ms. Klaes argued that the medical records showed that the Nurses responded to his medical and mental health requests with customary medication and within the applicable time period. Further, the Plaintiff failed to provide evidence that the Nurses acted with a complete denial of readily available treatment for a serious medical condition. United States District Judge Clay D. Land agreed and granted Summary Judgment.
