Weathington McGrew lawyers are respected by peers and media alike and are often asked to comment on current legal events. Recently, The Fulton County Daily Report asked partner Paul Weathington his opinion on the three new members of the Georgia Supreme Court. He was quoted as saying, “I like the energy of Boggs, Peterson and Grant. Justice Nahmias is just an extraordinary talent, and his preparedness level and challenging questioning is unmatched.” He added that Blackwell and Melton also “have always stirred it up and challenged the lawyers at oral argument.” In addition, Paul stated, “I am sure it helps the justices stay focused and engaged as they listen to these arguments, one after another, to be active with questions.”
