Sam Weaver‘s article “Commentary on Malpractice Litigation in Plastic Surgery: Can We Identify Patterns?” is published in Oxford University Press Aesthetic Surgery Journal, Volume 40, Issue 6. In Sam’s article, he sites the importance of bedside manner and thorough documentation in preventing and defending medical malpractice lawsuits.
