WEATHINGTON Partner, Heather McGrotty, recently convinced Plaintiff’s counsel to dismiss a defendant Doctor in a medical malpractice and wrongful death case pending in Fayette State Court. From the time of filing of the suit, Heather was aggressive in convincing Plaintiff’s counsel this Doctor should not be in the case and she was dismissed following her deposition.
