WEATHINGTON Partner, Heather McGrotty, argued and won a Motion to Compel / Motion to Dismiss recently in Fulton State Court on behalf of a defendant Doctor in a case alleging missed pediatric appendicitis diagnosis. Heather aggressively pursued the Motion when Plaintiff’s attorney failed to respond to discovery and ignored a court conference and a motion’s hearing. The judge dismissed the Plaintiff’s case with prejudice.
